We only accept returns on products purchased from our online shop. If you wish to return an order, contact us on info@isarte.gr or through our communication form for a return authorization number. Please note that we accept returns only within 7 days of the delivery date.

Jewelry bought through any of our retailers must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and is subject to the retailer's individual store policy.

We also do not accept returns:

• on items that were purchased during special promotions or sales
• on custom orders
• on earrings due to hygiene reasons.

We did not issue refunds, you can only change the product ordered with another one of the same or of a higher price.

Return Condition & Charges

Items must be returned with their original packaging and and in the same condition received. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase you received with your package.

All orders must be returned using Courier Services. All shipping costs related to the return have to be paid by the customer.
